Sometimes, it’s perfectly okay to….




Hit the snooze button on your alarm clock on a Monday morning.

Be lazy after work instead of being productive just because you feel like it…..

Feel a little upset that the dessert you made at work was finished by your co-workers (because really you wouldn’t have minded some leftovers :))

Exercise your mouth more than your legs on your walk/run workout with a friend!

Drink a soda or two to give you that extra caffeine boost to make through a long day.

Take credit for something positive you’ve accomplished (especially when well-deserved).
