Refocus.
There are too many moments that I waste thinking about all of the things I don’t have in my life. Thanksgiving is the perfect day to refocus. Take time during this holiday (and everyday) to consciously focus on all of the positive, good, wonderful things you have in your own life. It’s funny how when you stop to think about it there are so many more positive than negatives. We all have so much to be thankful for…
I am thankful for–
My Family. Education. My Job. Friends (quality is much more important than quantity). Good Health. Opportunities. Kindness. Co-workers. Being able to work with children. Creativity. My dog. Being able to run. Freedom (thanks to those who serve our country). Experiences (both bad and good). Laughter. Music. Art. Rain. Children. My home. Sunshine. Food. Fall Weather. Technology. Nature. Blogging (and the blogging community).

I second some of yours for sure.. definitely running which keeps me sane on days I don’t know what id do otherwise, and definitely good friends and family members. I think we all struggle at times with positives and those who say they don’t are lying. I refocus by spending time with those I care about or by doing something creative. Happy Thanksgiving! š
