Christmas-aholic!
It’s official. I’m already obsessed with everything Christmas. Movies, music, Christmas candy, lights, decorations, crafts and more!
(Yes, I’m completely aware that it’s not even December 1st yet, but I can’t help it– I’m excited). 🙂
I’m so obsessed with the holiday season that I listened to Christmas music during my entire hour and a half round trip to and from class tonight.
I’m so obsessed that I’ve already planned out the Christmas craft I will be making as a gift for others this year.
I’m so obsessed that I’ve purchased Christmas cards to hand out and already want to begin baking cookies!
I’m so obsessed and excited for Christmas that I even forced the kids I work with to listen to Christmas music during some free time today. Even worse (or better, in my opinion), I had the kids help me create a bulletin board today with a holiday theme as part of a therapeutic group. I’m proud of my idea. The board says “Chill Out,” has a picture of a snowman, a Christmas tree, and snowflakes. The kids each had to write one positive coping skill on a snowflake with their name on it, as well. Therapeutic and festive at the same time. It doesn’t get much better than that!

I LOVE Christmas Eve – we host it every year with my husband’s extended family and it’s a huge, chaotic LOUD day (a big bunch of Italians will do that!) but it provides the best memories ever. I’m already planning the menu 🙂 I also can’t wait to decorate this weekend, we’re even doing lights outside this year!! Wee 🙂

I have been listening to Christmas music since the day after Halloween! I love this time of year! I think I love everything about it-the music, the decorations, Christmas lights, remembering the reason we celebrate, spending time with family and friends, the movies, the cold weather. I love it all!

I’m definitely in the Christmas spirit! When I was a little kid, it felt like December dragged on & on leading up to the “big day.” Now, time flies, so I have to enjoy the season while it’s here!
You’re so right…it always took forever as a kid, but now the holiday goes by so quickly!
I usually don’t get into the xmas spirit until a couple weeks before xmas and I am in a crunch to get everyone’s presents in time! Haha. However, with things so busy at work, it’s kind of sad that I sometimes miss out on it all!
